Terms and Conditions
- Sherman Express is a service of Digital Documents Inc. of Republic WA.
- $10 charge if item to be picked up is not ready at appointed time (not applicable to Costco service)
- All terms subject to change without notice.
- You must retrieve your items within three business days, after which a $10 per day storage fee applies.
- No payment by bankcard for pickup/delivery/shopping services. Checks or cash only.
- Additional charges may apply for oversize or overweight items.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any item.
- Sorry, no service at Wal-Mart.
- We make every effort to meet our estimated pickup and delivery times, but we do not provide guarantees nor are we responsible for missed deadlines.
